Each bulk beef package will be individually cut, wrapped, and

frozen before pick up.

Once you have selected your desired package size and pick up date, please complete the order form on the "Buy Bulk Beef" tab or give us a call!

We are available Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm for questions/orders.

A deposit will be due upon ordering and can be made via Check, ACH Transfer or Card.

Bulk Beef:

Sold by the hanging weight (or on the rail) as follows:

Grass Finished: $6.45 per lb (Hanging weight) Sold by the 1/2 or Whole

Grain Finished: $6.85 per lb (Hanging Weight) Sold by the 1/4, 1/2 or Whole

Pricing includes butcher fees, no other fees apply.

When purchasing a Quarter, Half or Whole cow you will receive varying amounts of the following cuts of meat :

Rib Steaks - Sirloin Steaks

T-Bone Steaks - Cubed Steaks - Club Steaks

Sirloin Tip Roasts - Rump Roasts - Shoulder Roasts

London Broil - Chuck Roasts

Briskets - Short Ribs - Ground Beef

Neck Bones - Soup Meat

*Organs and Ox Tail Upon Request

*Please note that amount of cuts vary depending on size of cow.

Want to customize your order? Any order of a Half or Whole beef has the option of being custom cut at no extra cost.

A Deposit is due upon ordering and remaining balance is due at pick up.

Quarter Deposit: $200

Half Deposit: $250

Whole Deposit: $300

*Deposits are nonrefundable

**Due to the perishable nature of our beef products and food safety regulations, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once products have left our possession

Beef Boxes

Beef Boxes are smaller packages or shares of Grass fed - Grain finished beef, each package varies but will contain a variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.

Boxes are offered monthly and can be purchased directly though our website under the "Shop" tab.

On The Hoof

Live cow we take to the butcher or you pick up to transport. Customer is responsible for processing fees and pick up from butcher.

Grass Finished: $3.60 per lb (live weight)

Grain Finished: $3.60 per lb (live weight)
